Similarly, wildlife management should ensure the safety of employees and visitors and ensure no direct contact with these animals. The employees shoul d be provided with protective gear to ensure their safety (Delahey, Smith and Hutchings 2008).Hotel management has the role of ensuring the safety and proper working conditions of its employees. The employer should consult employees on areas that concern them and also ensure that the staff is not overworked. The insurance policy should include worker compensation in case of injuries and health of the workers. Housekeeping employees should be provided with special gear for sanitation purposes.
